We discussed the Act V questions in class and you all got 100 if you did the questions! Yayyy! Also, we identified parts of plot and what each of these contains: exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution.
Exposition: characters introduced, grabs attention, sets the "scene" of the book, relationships established Rising action: Problems are arising (CONFLICTS) Climax: the tables turn, the turning point of the story, overall focus changes Falling action: conflicts being resolved Resolution: Questioning resolved, all of the ends are tied ---> CLOSURE (sometimes) Remember, in every Shakespearean play, Act I = exposition, Act II = rising action, Act III = climax, Act IV = falling action, Act V = resolution. P.S. Lion King = Hamlet. Woahhhhh Have a great weekend, Mr. Francisco
