Students and Parents,
It is my pleasure to inform you that each student enrolled in Chittenango High School has now been set up with an email account that is specific to our district. These are gmail accounts and can be utilized to send and receive emails from other students, teachers, and staff within our district. A freshman email will look like this: [email protected] (Example: [email protected]) The password for this account would be: 17DS000??? (Capitalize the DS ; it represents the students first and last initials. Instead of the 3 question marks, the student will use the last 3 digits of their student ID number.) Students who share the same first initial as a sibling would use their full first name. Example: [email protected] and [email protected] Useful Google tools for school: *Gmail *Google Drive *Google Calendar *Google Play *Google Chrome *Google Music Player Use them wisely. They are monitored. -Mrs. Coller Okay, Folks.
NOT GONNA LET ANYONE SEE OUR OPENING STATEMENT! HA!! Thank you. As usual, I have asked Judge Roman to be our adviser for Mock Trial this year, which begins in January. I believe that he has always done an excellent job and has a great rapport with the students. This year, however, since his youngest daughter Carlie is now in college for her own law degree, he has opted to fill his schedule with other opportunities. Thank you, Judge Roman, for your excellent work with the stud
Obviously, this means that we are looking for a new legal adviser who will care as much about our team integrity and this competition as we do. I have a couple ideas in the works, but feel free to let me know of anybody who may be interested in such an endeavor. The legal advisers gain credit through the bar association for their pro bono work with local high schools. As always, we expect to get to semi-finals AND BEYOND this year. See me in January if you are interested in joining us for some academically challenging competition. -Mrs. Coller Next meetings:
#9 in the Complaint states: The Board of Trustees didn't ask the public for comment about changing the law to ban parking. #11 in the Complaint states: The Board of Trustees changed the law for political retaliation. #12 in the Complaint states: The amendment (law change) has no purpose and doesn't serve anyone **See case law #20 in the Complaint states: The Complaint's #11 and #12 are a violation of due process for the plaintiff **Due process = administration of justice (the govt can't deny life, liberty, or property) #21 in the Complaint states: The law change should be declared unconstitutional because it violates due process according to NYS Constitution, Article 1; section 6. ***** After figuring that out, we got into groups and examined the affidavits to see how they could HELP THE PLAINTIFF. We will be sharing that with each other in MOCK on Thursday. See you there!! (I would like the team to be all together at some point. Too many people have had too much going on. Make half of practice rather than no practice, unless you have a game.) -Miss White We will be meeting Tuesday and Thursday this week from 3p-5p. Be prepared to:
